Elemental Fall Flow

Experience a seasonal yoga flow crafted to promote the balance of nature’s elements. Soothe the mindbody with stability, nourishment and grounding during this season of transition. All levels welcome. 

Kira is a 500 hr RYT working towards completing her Yoga Therapist Certification with Gary Kraftsow and the American Viniyoga Institute. Her favorite focus is the breath and it’s correlation with the autonomic nervous system.

In this practice, a blend of gentle, yin and restorative poses will be enhanced by essential oils. Yoga and essential oils are two strategies that can help create personal balance and alignment. Yoga can move stagnant energy, open awareness, calm the mind, relax the body and restore equilibrium in a practice space that is entirely about you and your individual needs. Essential oils provide the body and mind with just what is needed for physiological balance and healing. Beginners are welcome.

Bring yourself, exactly as you are to a luscious and tranquil restorative experience where you are met with space to heal, and be held energetically. We are going all out for this: lots of props, self-massage with essential oils, myofascial release, and mindful postures that are sure to leave you completely blissed out. You are encouraged to wear comfy layers, a thick pair of socks to keep extra warm and comfortable, and any other props or materials that will make this experience perfect for you.
