It holds more than our anatomy or a future child…it can hold old hurts, physical pain, and can be the key to better wellbeing. Come and join Melissa Reslock and guest instructor, Katie Barberi as we explore how to use physical exercises, yoga, and meditation to better support the root of the female body.

Come get your wiggles out with your littles with Melissa and Katie. We will be combining yoga poses, light aerobic workout, breathwork, and mindfulness all with storytime and fun for you and your kiddos.

Bring yourself, exactly as you are to a luscious and tranquil restorative experience where you are met with space to heal, and be held energetically. We are going all out for this: lots of props, self-massage with essential oils, myofascial release, and mindful postures that are sure to leave you completely blissed out. You are encouraged to wear comfy layers, a thick pair of socks to keep extra warm and comfortable, and any other props or materials that will make this experience perfect for you.
