Please join us on the third Saturday of every month for an AromaYoga workshop from 2 pm to 3:30 pm. A blend of gentle yin and restorative poses will be enhanced by essential oils selected for each month’s practice by Amanda Hill, a certified yoga teacher and DoTERRA Wellness Advocate.

This month’s AromaYoga is on Saturday, March 19. The cost of the workshop is $30. March is a month of energy and expansion where everything is pushed to the edge, making us feel as though we are balancing on a three-legged stool. To successfully play this edge, the focus this month is on initiating strategies for balance and letting go of what is not working.

Yoga and essential oils are two strategies that can help create personal balance and alignment. Yoga can move stagnant energy, open awareness, calm the mind, relax the body and restore equilibrium in a practice space that is entirely about you and your individual needs. Essential oils provide the body and mind just what is needed for physiological balance and healing.

As a former NICU nurse I have a deep passion to integrate western and eastern medicine with a focus to bring it back to the individual! I found my tribe and home at Rishi Yoga in spring of 2013. My yoga journey brought me face to face with the raw and authentic version of myself I had been hiding for years. My experience at Rishi Yoga inspired me to start yoga teacher training, which I completed in spring 2015. I found my new path in healing through essential oils from doTERRA while battling celiac disease, which was not only taking away my Italian love of food but affecting my heart and fertility. Including essential oils as part of my practice quickly evolved into powerful workshops that help people relax and center with the power of AromaYoga.
