Tiffany Atkinson

Tiffany is committed to doing anything she can to support those around her in this journey we call life. She was born in late October, premature at 4 lbs, into a small rural Southern Idaho farmhouse, where she lived on 200 acres of rolling grass hills and massive skies. Her grandfather raised horses and her mom worked a lot. Most of Tiff’s childhood memories revolved around family and just being happy, playing and goofing around. She would spend countless hours in the shed creatively constructing whatever it was out of whatever she could find. Today, Tiffany is a mother and nurturer of four boys, an interior designer, artist, floral arraignment tactician, photographer, home decorator, yoga instructor and author.

In November 2005, Tiffany was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and it nearly killed her. However, being as stubborn and ornery as humanly possible, she refused to let the dis-ease win.

In November 2005, Tiffany was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and it nearly killed her. However, being as stubborn and ornery as humanly possible, she refused to let the dis-ease win. Tiffany overhauled her eating habits; stress levels, and reinvented herself from the ground up. She sourced every available non-traditional medical practitioner available, cleared her cupboards of processed and unhealthy foods, mediated and prayed regularly. With the support of her awesome husband, her body, mind and soul healed. This path of healing has opened many incredible doors in her life and the lives around her.

In Tiffany’s classes, she invites all that supports you in the highest and best ways to boldly step forward and all that does not to gracefully step away. You are enough just as you ARE!
