Siera Smith

I grew up as a competitive athlete and was used to pushing my body. In my early twenties I started to feel the repetitive stress of the sports I played. I initially found yoga as a way to balance my body and free myself from pain, but what I got in return was so much more. My heart and soul were cracked open in the most beautiful way. I found peace of mind, spirit, and learned to give myself permission to be gentle with myself. My yoga practice reminds me to live in the present, enjoy the journey that is life, and the power of connecting with the true self.

As a yoga teacher I strive to teach my students how to live in their bodies, and use a meditative mind to stay present on and off the yoga mat. It is my pleasure to guide to my students toward a more balanced way of living. See you on the mat! Namaste.
