The practice of yoga opened my heart 25 years ago, and I continue to be touched by its power. Not only does yoga help with my physical body through strength, flexibility and breath, but it quiets my mind, and brings happiness to my life. It is my hope that sharing with others what I have learned from my amazing teachers and students that they may, themselves, be able to experience the amazing benefits yoga has to offer.

I teach and practice yang styles (power) as well as softer, yin styles of yoga.  I strive to create a safe and joyful environment so that students are comfortable and can more easily connect to their mind, breath and body. My intention is to lead classes with heart and compassion, to inspire students to find more peace, calm, and clarity both on and off the mat.
