We are going all out for this: lots of props, self-massage with essential oils, myofascial release, and mindful postures that are sure to leave you completely blissed out. You are encouraged to wear comfy layers, a thick pair of socks to keep extra warm and comfortable, and any other props or materials that will make this experience perfect for you.

Allow yourself to be guided into a state of deep relaxation with Qigong and Yoga Nidra. Restore harmony and balance with Qigong to develop awareness and cultivate positive energy flow. Gentle movements increase micro circulation combined with breath to replenish vitality to your body and peace to your mind. To seal your replenishment we will end in a systematic journey of relaxing body and mind in Yoga Nidra. No Qigong or Yoga experience needed, this practice is designed for everyone to be successful without experience.

Qoya is a movement practice that is based on the idea that through movement we remember that our essence is Wise, Wild, and Free. Wise, Wild, and Free. Wise, wild, and free also reference the types of movements we do in Qoya. Wise, drawing on the wisdom of yoga and the idea that we have everything within. Wild, tuning into our wildness through the creative expression of dance and Free, expanding our capacity to feel pleasure in our bodies with some feminine, sensual movement.
The best part about Qoya is that there is no way to do it wrong. This is a class that helps women get out of their heads and connect with their bodies and hearts. Each class moves through 13 pillars that include opportunities for stretching, yoga, dancing with the opposite of the theme, shaking, connecting with the other women in the class and dancing with the theme. To create a safe, sacred container, this class is for those who identify as women only.
Bring a yoga mat and water and wear comfortable clothes that you can move in.

In this practice, a blend of gentle, yin and restorative poses will be enhanced by essential oils. Yoga and essential oils are two strategies that can help create personal balance and alignment. Yoga can move stagnant energy, open awareness, calm the mind, relax the body and restore equilibrium in a practice space that is entirely about you and your individual needs. Essential oils provide the body and mind with just what is needed for physiological balance and healing. Beginners are welcome.

YoMassage™ session is a fusion of relaxing and supported restorative positions, hands on massage therapy and mindfulness of the body and breath. Clients hold each position for 5-8 minutes while a massage therapist works on different areas of the body. This YoMassage™ session is a luxurious experience that will include a nice warm room, dim lighting, plenty of props for ample support and comfort, essential oils, warm back and neck wraps, soothing eye pillows and more. 108 Sun Salutations

As we welcome a new season, we also remember and honor that which never changes, which is really the true purpose of this practice. We will flow through nine rounds of 12 sun salutations, with an intention/dedication before each round and a short break between the rounds. This is a physically challenging but extremely rewarding and mind calming practice. Modifications to the traditional series A sun salutation as well as less intense variations will be offered before we start, and you are welcome to use any variation or a mix of sun salutation styles. The goal is not to complete 108 sun salutations — the goal is the practice itself.
